Advertisement Submission

Provide a half-page horizontal advertisement for inclusion in the event program.
Ad specifications:

• Size: 7.5” W x 4.5” H 
• Format: .JPG or .EPS 
• No bleed required 
• Recommended digital size: 1200 x 628 pixels at 72 dpi 

The same advertisement will also appear on the conference website prior to the event and within the on-screen promotional loop shown throughout the event.
